3 Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
Cancellation Terms
- Before Project Initiation: Client may request cancellation for a full refund before any work has commenced
- After Project Initiation: Cancellation requests after work has started will incur partial charges based on the work completed
- After Project Completion: No cancellations are accepted after project delivery and acceptance
Cancellation Process
- Submit a written cancellation request to our official email address
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 working hours
- Our team will evaluate the work completed and calculate any applicable charges
- We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and any refund amount (if applicable)
- Upon agreement, we will process the refund within 7-10 working days
4 Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that all payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable. These charges are incurred by third-party payment processors and are beyond our control.
- Payment gateway charges will be deducted from any refund amount
- For example, if you paid ₹10,000 with a 2% payment processing fee, the maximum refundable amount would be ₹9,800
- These charges typically range from 1.5% to 3% depending on the payment method
Note: In cases where work has substantially begun, we reserve the right to retain an amount commensurate with the work completed plus any non-recoverable expenses incurred.
5 Final Decision Rights
Rao Developers reserves the right to make the final decision regarding:
- Eligibility for refunds
- Amount of refund (if applicable)
- Interpretation of this policy
- Any exceptions to this policy
All decisions will be made in good faith and based on the specific circumstances of each case.
